I first liked Prestige’s waterproof eye pencils and they worked great during winter and fall but now that it’s summer, they melt and i end up with raccoon eyes by the end of the day! anyway, i tried urban’s zero pencil and so far i like it a LOT. it glides on smoothly (as it proclaims) and even after rubbing the inner and outer corner of my eyes (i yawn a lot and my eyes get very teary which is one of the reasons why i need a waterproof pencil!) several times – it still stayed on and did not smudge! i’m satisfied. even expensive brand names like lancome can’t cut it. believe me, i’ve tried many and so far urban is on the top of my list. Prestige is not bad…their black waterproof eyeliner is pretty good!

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion Review

The texture is light with sheer cream color. The application tip is like those you see in tube glosses. I have to blend a bit with my finger afterwards to make it even but it’s no big deal. The eyelids feel a little bit tighter but not sticky and the flesh color of the lid appears more even. Then I did the the smokey eyes to test it out…silver, gun metal gray and black. The colors stick to the eye lids almost instantly so you have to work harder to blend or you could just dab the brush to build up intensity. 8 hours later, the colors fade only a little and there is absolutely no crease and no oily shine either. Now I use it as primer for my undereye circles before I put on concealer also…no flaking no fading. Definitely a keeper.

After contemplating for the longest while whether or not to purchase this palette, i finally did , and i LOVE it. No regrets on purchasing it!
Took a while to arrive (7days), but when it did it was packaged with alot of bubble wrap to ensure that the palette wasn’t damaged. Upon opening the pallet i observed none of the shadows had cracked and the condition was brand new.
The colours are highly pigmented and they blend very good. All the colours are gorgeous and with 88 different colours, your imagination can run wild.
I would highly recommend this pallet to anyone!

Coastal Scents 88 Eye Shadow Palette, Ultra Shimmer Riview

I love shimmery colors but these were over the top. I wish I’d stuck with my initial thought to go with the matte as I read it has matte, satin and shimmer colors. These shadows are very vibrant but if you plan to ONLY use this palette for everyday wear then stick to the matte as these would be too frosty for work and even for a casual look. I also found that these shadows are very powdery and leave a lot of glitter fall out. All in all I think these shadows are better suited for the evening. I would recommend the original 88 palette bc you can always add your own shimmer on top giving you more control on the look you’re trying to achieve.
